Rutledge Says AIG Had `Recipe For Implosion’ With CDOs


March 31 (Bloomberg) — Ann Rutledge, founding principal of R&R Consulting, talks with Bloomberg’s Erik Schatzker about how collateral replacements for collateralized debt obligations helped drive American International Group Inc. to the brink of disaster. CDOs were at the heart of the financial crisis that sparked the highest U.S. jobless rate in a generation.
